What might annoy some and appeal to others is his sense of (often inopportune) humor. Has at times been known to equel that of a 10-year-old.
This man is also not as dumb as he'd like other people to believe (keep your opponent in the dark?). He cares about his team and tries to do the right thing. Part of doing the right things seems to be linked to Daniel, who tends to act as the team's conscience. This also means many a quarrel between two very, very stubborn men, who know each other well enough to really hurt with words. That said, you can't have one without the other.

Humor... anytime, anywhere. It's a safety valve. Treated as such it opens up for the possibility of witty banter, double entendres and such. Fun but hard to write. |

As much as he is the fearless leader, he will not endanger his team. He will not ask them to do something he isn't ready to go through himself. |

Jack is a wonderfully complex character to write. He's a do'er not a talker. He will probably threat assess any situation, whether in the field or in private. As much as he will weigh pros and cons, he also suffers from a habit of speaking before thinking. |
